Letter subscriptions

Free shipping
Shipping is free on all letter subscriptions.

When your first letter ships
Letters mail on Fridays. Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM Eastern ship that Friday; orders placed after that ship the following Friday.

For our launch, all orders placed by Thursday, October 29, 2026 ship together on Friday, October 30, 2026, in time for Diwali.

After your first letter
A new letter mails every other Friday throughout your journey.

How letters are sent
Letters are sent by USPS First-Class Mail and usually arrive 2–7 business days after mailing. Because they're sent as regular stamped mail, individual letters don't come with tracking numbers.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). We don't currently ship to US territories or international addresses.

Changing your address
To change the delivery address, email us at least 5 days before the next mailing date. Letters already mailed will go to the address we had on file.

Delays
Holidays, weather, and postal service delays can occasionally slow delivery, and these are outside our control. If a letter hasn't arrived within 30 days of its expected date, let us know and we'll send a replacement. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Merchandise

When available, merchandise ships separately from letters, by a tracked shipping method. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
